The American Heritage Time Use Study (AHTUS) is a harmonized collection of time diary data from the United States for the period 1965 to 2012. AHTUS-X is a data extract builder that allows users to create custom time use variables and data extracts for analysis. This presentation will cover the details of the data available, how to access the data, and discuss the types of research possible with this exciting and free historical database.
